A magnificent pair of late 18th century George III mahogany dining room urns, each having their original lead-lined interiors to serve iced water from gilt taps in the base, the lids with carved water-leaf decoration and topped with finials, the urns with carved reeding, finely-carved paterae and mounted with bands of gilt metal guilloche with ram's heads, supported by plinths and carved ribbon and rosette ornament.
