Cinderella, 1963. Theatre des Champs Elysees, Paris.
Edition of 8. Colour print in a Willy Rizzo designed and made frame.
'At the time this production was the most expensive ballet ever mounted, costing 135 million Francs (the equivalent of 2 million dollars) to produce. Jacqueline de Ribes and Raymondo de Larrain (nephew of the Marquis de Cuevas) raised the money. It combined the children's fairytale story with the modern choreography of Vaslav Orlikovsky, Master of the Basel Ballet. The clown was danced by Phillip Dalhmann.'
